Who we are

tatianatraducoes.pt is operated by Tatyana Koryakina Antunes, tax number (NIF) 239057236, operating in the municipality of Silves, Portugal (“Tatiana Translations”). For privacy matters, contact us by email (tatyana.koryakina@gmail.com) or on Telegram (@tati_algarve).

What data we collect and why

Account: name, email and phone — to create your account, contact you about your orders and send flow emails (quote, payment, delivery). Legal basis: contract performance.

Documents: the files you upload (certificates, diplomas and other official documents, which may contain sensitive personal data) — solely to provide the translation service. Legal basis: contract performance.

Billing: tax number and shipping address, when provided — to issue invoices and post documents. Legal basis: legal obligation and contract performance.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

AI-assisted translation with human review

Translations are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence (Anthropic) and are ALWAYS reviewed and approved by a human translator before reaching you. Documents sent to the AI API are not used to train models, under Anthropic's contractual terms.

How long we keep your data

Documents (originals and translations): automatically deleted 30 days after delivery. Documents of cancelled orders are deleted 30 days after cancellation.

Account data: kept while your account exists. You may request account deletion at any time.

Billing records: kept for the legally required periods.

Who we share data with

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage, EU), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI-assisted translation), Vercel (hosting) and Upstash (technical infrastructure). Telegram is used only for the translator's internal communication.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR. To exercise them, contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).

Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies: the authentication session (Supabase) and your light/dark theme preference. No advertising or tracking cookies.
