The service
Tatiana Translations provides document translation between Portuguese, English, Russian and Ukrainian — standard translations (delivered as PDF/paper) and certified translations (certified with a partner lawyer, delivered on paper). Translations are AI-assisted and always reviewed and approved by a human translator.
Service provider: Tatyana Koryakina Antunes, tax number (NIF) 239057236, municipality of Silves, Portugal. Contact: tatyana.koryakina@gmail.com.
Quotes and payment
Prices per document type are published on the site; other documents are quoted individually. The agreed price is final.
Payment is split in two: a 50% deposit to start the work and 50% on completion, before delivery. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Approved orders left unpaid are automatically cancelled after 72 hours.
Turnaround
Indicative turnaround times per document type are shown on the site and count from the deposit payment. Illegible or incomplete documents may require additional contact and extend the deadline.
Delivery
Standard translation: in person, by post (additional cost shown at checkout) or by email as PDF.
Certified translation: the valid document is the paper original with stamp and signature, delivered in person or by post. The optional digital copy has no legal value.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel free of charge while the order is unpaid. After the deposit is paid, work starts immediately; cancellations at that stage are handled case by case — contact us.
If we cannot provide the service (e.g. untranslatable document), amounts paid are refunded.
Liability
We guarantee a faithful translation of the document provided. We are not liable for errors in the original document or for its acceptance by third parties — check the receiving entity's requirements (e.g. apostille).
Dispute resolution
For consumer disputes you may use the competent alternative dispute resolution entity (Portuguese Law 144/2015; list at consumidor.gov.pt) or the Electronic Complaints Book at livroreclamacoes.pt.
Governing law: Portuguese. Last updated: 2026-10-03.
